DRAWING RULES & RESTRICTIONS

Winner will be determined by a random drawing, and will be announced in January 2023. Jordan Porco Foundation (JPF) employees, their relatives, JPF board members, clinical board members, volunteers, and anyone under the age of 18 are not permitted to enter the drawing or win the prize. Please use the honor system. Trip is not transferrable.

Airfare not included. Expires December 20, 2023.

TRIP INFORMATION

This Certificate provides 7 nights accommodation for up to two rooms (double
occupancy) (valued up to $3,800 depending on dates of travel). All reservations
are subject to mandatory supplement that provides dining, beverages (including
alcohol), resort facilities & activities. Government tax/service is additional. Guests
choosing to upgrade to a Waterfront Villa category may do so for $175 per room
per night.

Resort black-outs do not apply however, minimum 7 night stay and
additional peak season surcharge of $50 per person, per night applies Dec. 21-Jan.
3 & Feb. 1-24. Air transportation is not included. Air transportation must be
purchased prior to final confirmation of stays Dec. 21-Jan. 3 & Feb. 1-24. Reservations
are subject to availability, some restrictions apply. Expiration date is a “Book By”
date not a “Travel By” date.
