b'MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENTOn behalf of the Board of Directors, Clinical Advisors, and Staff, we would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the donors, volunteers, and partners who support our mission and programs. Suicide prevention requires teamwork on all levels, and your support helps us REACH OUT with programs that engage countless struggling students and their peers across the country. Thanks to your individual and collective efforts in 2018,Colleges and Universities held 145 Fresh Check Days in 36 states plus the District of Columbia, reaching almost 30,000 students with vital mental health and suicide prevention messaging. 16 sites participated in the final round of pilots for the 4 Whats Next program, reaching over 150 studentparticipants. Nine out of Ten student ambassadors engaged in year- round mental health advocacy and awareness activities. We combat hopelessness with hope by providing an approachable atmosphere thats unique to the Jordan Porco Foundations programsa space that promotes compassion, help-seeking, and support. We never anticipated that the need for peer-centered lifesaving programs would only grow in demand; sadly, the need is greater than ever. Your ongoing financial support helps us continue providing young adults with tools to find their way when they, or someone they care about, are impacted. You are helping us REACH OUT to those who need help the most.Marisa Giarnella-Porco, LCSW President, Co-Founder and Chief Executive OfficerJordan Porco Foundation 2018 Annual Report 3'
